Article II: MEMBERSHIP AND DUES

              1. Membership of NYASA will be open to all those having a scholarly or professional
                          interest in Africa and the African diaspora.
              2. The types of membership are faculty, individual, representative of institution or agency and student.
              3. Annual dues will be charged as established by the Executive Committee.
