Article III: RULES OF PROCEDURE

        1. Participation in meetings of NYASA shall be open to all NYASA members.
        2. Any and all organizations with an interest in African Studies may send observers to meetings of NYASA.
        3. Voting at meetings of NYASA shall be open only to NYASA members.
